Our unique all-copper bullet expands down to 1,150 fps which can give hunters the ability to extend their range. With a muzzle velocity of 2,700 fps, this 250-grain bullet is generating just over 4,000 ft-lbs. of muzzle energy! This HV +P ammunition is only for use in modern bolt action and modern single-shot rifles, it is not for use in lever actions or trap door-style rifles. Another OUTSTANDING round!
I’ve only hit the range so far but already impressed. Average velocity out of a Henry Single Shot is 2671 fps with an SD of 10.8 fps. In addition, accuracy was spot on at 100 yds. Will be going to 200 yds once my shoulder recovers!!! I will be letting my son use this for his fall Michigan bear hunt without any concerns on how it will perform. Previously have used their 350 Legend and 450 Bushmaster with incredible results.
